Can my shipping address be changed after purchase?

An address change may be possible if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has moved further into the fulfilment process, address changes may no longer be available.

Why should I contact support quickly?

Orders are usually processed promptly, so the sooner you contact us, the better the chance that your address change can be reviewed before the order is finalised.

What if my order has already been dispatched?

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to update the shipping address. In that case, support can advise you on the next available options.
