Can a discount code be added after payment?
In most cases, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been placed and paid for. To receive the discount, the code usually needs to be entered successfully at checkout before payment is completed.
Why does the code need to be applied at checkout?
Discounts are calculated as part of the checkout process. Once an order has been finalised, the pricing and payment have already been processed based on the details confirmed at the time of purchase.
What should I do if I forgot to use my code?
If you forgot to apply your discount code before placing your order, please contact AUS LABS Support as soon as possible. While post-purchase discount changes are not usually available, we can review the situation and advise you further.
