If your discount code is not working, there are a few common reasons this can happen.
Check the code carefully
Please make sure the code has been entered exactly as provided. Small typing errors, missing characters, or extra spaces can prevent the code from applying correctly.
Make sure the code is still valid
Some discount codes are only available for a limited time. If the promotion has expired, the code may no longer work at checkout.
Check for order requirements or exclusions
Some discount codes may only apply to specific products, order values, or promotions. Codes may also exclude certain items or not be valid together with other offers.
One code per order
Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code can usually be applied to an order at a time.
Try refreshing checkout
If your code appears valid but is not applying correctly, try refreshing the checkout page and entering the code again before completing payment.
