Where do I enter my discount code?
At checkout, look for the discount code, coupon code, or promo code field. Enter your code exactly as provided, then apply it before finalising payment.
When should I apply my code?
Your discount code should be entered before you complete your order. Once successfully applied, the discount should appear in your order summary before payment is made.
Why is my code not applying?
If your code is not working, first check that it has been entered correctly and that there are no extra spaces or typing errors. Discount codes may also be subject to specific terms, such as expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, or one-time use limits.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code can usually be applied to an order at a time.
