Estimated delivery timeframes
AUS LABS currently offers two shipping options via Australia Post:
- Express Post: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
- Regular Post: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
When does delivery timing start?
Delivery estimates apply after your order has been processed and dispatched. AUS LABS aims to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.
Can delivery take longer?
Yes. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post network conditions, public holidays, weather events, and peak shipping periods.
What if my order seems delayed?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please first check your tracking details for the latest status update. Small delays can sometimes occur while the parcel is still moving through the delivery network.
