What shipping options are available?
We currently offer two shipping options via Australia Post:
- Express Post: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
- Regular Post: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
When will my order be dispatched?
After placing your order, you will usually receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, provided a valid email address was entered at checkout.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. If an item is temporarily unavailable, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Are shipping timeframes guaranteed?
No. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post network conditions, peak periods, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Do orders ship within Australia?
Yes. AUS LABS orders are shipped domestically within Australia via Australia Post.
