Tracking updates can sometimes take a little time to appear, especially shortly after dispatch.

Why has my tracking not updated?

After your order has been shipped, there can be a short delay before the next tracking event appears. This may happen while the parcel is waiting for its first scan, moving between facilities, or in transit without a new tracking event being recorded yet.

Please allow a little more time

If your tracking details were only recently sent, please allow a little more time for the next update to appear. Small gaps between tracking scans can be normal during the delivery process.

When should I contact support?

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or your parcel appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact AUS LABS Support so we can assist further.

What should I include?

To help us investigate faster, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and your tracking details if available.
