Tracking details are usually sent once your AUS LABS order has been dispatched.

When are tracking details sent?

After your order has been processed and shipped, a dispatch confirmation will be sent with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel and view delivery updates.

Please allow for processing and dispatch time

Tracking details are not usually sent immediately after an order is placed. Please allow time for your order to be processed and dispatched before expecting a tracking update.

I have not received my tracking email

If you have not received your tracking details, please first check your inbox, junk folder, and spam folder.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still cannot locate your tracking information, please contact AUS LABS Support and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

What if my tracking has not started updating yet?

In some cases, tracking may take a short period to begin updating after dispatch. This can happen while the parcel is waiting for its first scan in the delivery network.
