Once your AUS LABS order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent so you can monitor your delivery progress.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel and view delivery updates.

You can use the tracking link or tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation to check the current status of your delivery.

When will I receive tracking details?

Tracking details are usually sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow for normal order processing and dispatch time before expecting a tracking update.

I have not received my tracking details

If your order has already been dispatched and you still cannot find your tracking information, please first check your email inbox and junk or spam folder.

If you still cannot locate your tracking details, please contact AUS LABS Support and include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can assist you.

My tracking has not updated

Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear between scans. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or your parcel appears delayed, please refer to our delivery support articles or contact support for further help.
