What condition must the product be in?
Where a return is accepted, products must be in their original condition. The refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, altered in any way, or dropped or broken.
Do I need approval before returning an item?
Yes. Please do not return any item without contacting support first. We may need to review your order and provide next steps before a return can proceed.
Who pays for return postage?
Any postage and insurance costs associated with returning goods are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend using registered post and pre-paying all return postage.
What if my item was damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact AUS LABS Support as soon as possible so we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
