You have 90 days from the date you receive the goods to contact AUS LABS if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
When may a refund be available?
A refund may be available if, within 90 days of purchase, you notify AUS LABS in writing that the product was not suitable for the purpose for which you purchased it or you did not receive the desired results from the product, subject to the applicable policy terms and review process.
When does the refund policy not apply?
The refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, altered in any way, or dropped or broken. Products must be returned in their original condition where a return is required.
Are there any return shipping costs?
Yes. Any postage and insurance costs associated with returning goods are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend using registered post and pre-paying all return postage.
Is there a limit on using the money-back guarantee?
Yes. To help prevent misuse, rights under the 90-day money-back guarantee may only be exercised in relation to one purchase in a financial year.
