Allow for estimated delivery timeframes
AUS LABS currently offers two shipping options via Australia Post:
- Express Post: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
- Regular Post: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post network conditions, public holidays, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.
Why might an order be delayed?
Delays can occasionally happen due to courier network congestion, weather events, public holidays, or temporary disruptions in the delivery network. Small gaps between tracking scans can also be normal while a parcel is moving between facilities.
When should I contact support?
If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, please contact AUS LABS Support so we can assist further.
