Allow for the delivery timeframe

AUS LABS currently offers two shipping options via Australia Post:

  • Express Post: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
  • Regular Post: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can vary depending on your location, Australia Post network conditions, public holidays, weather events, and peak periods.

If your parcel still has not arrived

If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or there has been no meaningful tracking movement for an unusual period, please contact AUS LABS Support so we can assist further.
