AUS LABS orders are shipped domestically within Australia via Australia Post.
What shipping methods are available?
We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Express Post: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
- Regular Post: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
When is my order shipped?
AUS LABS aims to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent so you can monitor delivery progress.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Tracking information is usually sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow normal processing and dispatch time before expecting a tracking update.
Are orders shipped from within Australia?
Yes. Orders are sent domestically within Australia using Australia Post.
